Driving Question:
How can I use my knowledge of food preparation, nutrition and design to improve a plan for an existing restaurant?
Project Summary:
You are a member of a group hoping to be hired for a restaurant re-design project. The owner of the restaurant has asked that you create a design plan updating the current logo, menus, interior design plan, a new specialty appetizer item and a sample of your best meal. Once the plan is approved, you and your teammates will work to complete your redesign of the restaurant. You will present your plan to management for approval.
